• You may not transmit malware, spam, viruses, or harmful code.
• You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected networks.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit to the Service, including photographs, videos, and memorial materials.

By uploading content, you grant All-Funeral a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

We may monitor, review, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or that we believe is inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful.

Certain features of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis or as one-time purchases. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing and billing terms posted on our website.

We may modify subscription fees, storage limits, and plan features at any time. If payment is not received when due, All-Funeral may suspend or terminate your access until the outstanding balance is paid.

All fees paid are non-refundable. Subscription payments and one-time fees are final, and no refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods, downgrades, or termination caused by a violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your All-Funeral subscription at any time by logging in to your account. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and no refund will be issued.

All-Funeral may suspend or terminate your account, access, or content at any time for reasons including breach of these Terms, illegal conduct, or extended inactivity.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

All-Funeral disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and reliability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All-Funeral Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

The Service may contain links to external websites or services operated by third parties. All-Funeral does not control or endorse those resources and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or reliability.

All-Funeral may revise or update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Service with a new effective date, and continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other legal notices posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and All-Funeral.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision will not be deemed a waiver of our rights.
